When a repair makes sense
When is a repair enough?
If your roof is in good shape overall and the damage is limited to one area, a repair is usually the right call. We'll tell you honestly.
When should I replace instead?
If your roof is 20 years old or more, has leaks in several places, or keeps needing repairs, replacing it usually costs less over time.
Is my repair covered by insurance?
If the damage came from a storm, it may be. We'll document it with photos either way. Learn about insurance claims.
